Cisco 360 Partner Program: A New Model for Partner Certifications

Cisco, a global provider of IT solutions, has updated its partner certification system. The Cisco 360 Partner Program, which took effect on January 25, 2026, is a new official program for assessing the competencies of IT companies.

The Select, Premier, and Gold partner tiers, which are familiar to the market, are no longer used in the new model. Now, in the Cisco 360 program, partners demonstrate their expertise separately for each solution portfolio:

• Cloud and AI Infrastructure - cloud infrastructure and AI solutions; • Collaboration - corporate telephony, video conferencing, contact centers; • Networking - network infrastructure; • Security - information security; • Services - technical support; • Splunk - real-time collection, analysis, and visualization of logs and data.

How Partners Are Now Evaluated: Cisco Partner Value Index (PVI)

Partners are now evaluated using the Partner Value Index - a transparent 10-point system that reflects an integrator’s expertise in each area. For each solution portfolio, the index is updated monthly and calculated based on several key metrics: technical competencies, practical experience, customer lifecycle, and practice maturity.

Green Light statuses as of March 2026:

• Cloud and AI Infrastructure Partner, PVI: 6.35 • Security Partner, PVI: 7.35 • Networking Partner, PVI: 6.85 • Collaboration Partner, PVI: 6.25 • Services Preferred Partner, PVI: 7.80
