No-Code Day Almaty 2026: conference results

On 18 February the Creatio No-Code Day conference took place in Almaty. Digital industry leaders and sector experts discussed the latest innovations in AI, applied CRM and no-code. System integrator Green Light became the platinum sponsor of the event and presented its own case study of implementing the Creatio platform.

Today businesses around the world are no longer merely looking at innovations, but are actively using no-code platforms and artificial intelligence technologies to solve everyday and strategic tasks. Companies are moving en masse from traditional IT models to solutions where AI agents take on routine work, analyze unstructured data, generate interfaces and orchestrate processes. It was these global trends that were at the center of attention at the Creatio No-Code Day Almaty 2026 conference.

In its presentation, Green Light showcased its own Creatio implementation case. The company's CTO Evgeny Bagretsov spoke about the experience of using the agentic platform to optimize the processes of a system integrator.

"It all started with a problem painfully familiar to many IT companies: building a complex Enterprise network or infrastructure for a customer is easy, but maintaining your own CRM properly and consistently is almost impossible", noted Green Light CTO Evgeny Bagretsov.

At the first stage of the Creatio integration, the Green Light team launched an MVP using ready-made products from the Creatio Marketplace, which saved about 40% of the time on implementing the required functionality. After that, the specialists studied the platform architecture, mastered best practices and acquired the skills to develop the system on their own.

In the near term, Green Light plans to automate project management with the implementation of AI agents, as well as move task management, financial reporting and analytics into the platform.
