In 2023, the management of Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers approached us with a request: to provide reliable wireless coverage across the entire plant area - from outdoor areas and warehouses to indoor production facilities.

Previously, there was no Wi-Fi connectivity in these zones at all, which created difficulties in using mobile workstations, scanners, terminals and other equipment that depends on a stable internet connection. The task was to deploy a solution capable of guaranteeing stable and secure network operation in a round-the-clock production environment.

Before the work began, it was necessary to audit the current state of coverage and identify the "dead zones". Based on the results of the analysis, a structured cabling system (SCS) design had to be developed and equipment selected that could operate effectively in conditions of high humidity, vibration and noise typical of a production environment.

The work was carried out at an operating plant with a round-the-clock cycle. All technical operations in sterile rooms were permitted only when the lines were completely stopped - and the shutdown schedule was not fixed in advance. We had to act promptly, travelling to the site on call on any day and at any time. This required flexible logistics, precise planning and coordination with the customer's technical service.

Since the launch of the network based on Cisco Wi-Fi technology, no more "dead zones" occur at the plant - everything now works stably, regardless of the shift, the time of day and the location.

After the completion of the project, Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers received not just Wi-Fi - but a resilient, secure and easily manageable network that complies with Coca-Cola corporate standards for quality and security.
