How we work
Assessment
An Infrastructure Assessment is a survey of the current data centre: servers, storage, virtualisation, backups, storage network. You get a report with a map of the infrastructure and an evaluation of bottlenecks and risks — before signing any contract.
Architecture
We design the target infrastructure around the workload and the growth horizon. We calculate TCO including licences, support and scaling. We compare on-prem, hybrid and hyper-converged — and choose the model justified by numbers rather than by fashion.
Rollout
We supply the equipment, deploy it and migrate the data. Downtime windows are planned in advance and agreed with the business. In parallel we train your team — training is part of every project.
Operation
We hand over full as-built documentation, maintenance procedures and DR scenarios. We support under an SLA: reactive incidents, planned work, firmware and microcode updates.

Dynatrace rollout — contextual APM analytics and AI for monitoring the digital services of one of the country's largest banks.
The team includes 19 certified engineers. For data infrastructure these are specialists certified in VMware (VCP / VCAP), Cisco CCNP / CCIE Data Center, Dell EMC across the Storage, PowerEdge and VxRail lines, as well as certified specialists in Veeam, IBM Storage and Lenovo. CCIE is Cisco's highest technical certification, held by fewer than 3% of specialists worldwide.

“The cloud is cheaper than our own data centre anyway”
It depends on the workload profile. For a predictable workload, on-prem or HCI is usually more economical than public cloud over a five-year horizon — and without surprises in egress traffic bills. During an Infrastructure Assessment we calculate TCO for both models and show where the line falls.
“We are afraid of losing data during migration”
Migration is planned in advance: we test on a copy, prepare rollback points and agree the windows with the business. We have cases of moving banking data to new platforms — including across three sites at once. Ask and we will show the one closest to your situation.
“The project will drag on for a year”
We break the project into stages with a tangible result at each: first assessment and plan, then the first site, then replication and DR. Every stage has a fixed deadline and an acceptance step. On long projects we work to a roadmap rather than to “as it goes”.
