How we work
Network Assessment
We analyse the current state of the network: topology, configurations, points of failure, readiness for new workloads. You get a report with weak spots and priorities — before signing any contract for the work.
Architecture
We design the network around the real needs of the business: three to five years of growth, regulatory requirements, industry specifics. Not a template but an HLD/LLD for your infrastructure, with performance and redundancy calculations.
Rollout without service downtime
The migration is planned so that critical segments switch over during maintenance windows and users notice nothing. In parallel we train your team — training is part of every project.
Operation and evolution
We hand over full as-built documentation, set up monitoring and an escalation procedure. We support the network in operation and help it evolve — Wi-Fi 7, AI workloads, new branches.

Delivered projects
Modernisation of the data centre network across three sites on Cisco ACI. A single fabric for applications, service-level segmentation, fault tolerance built into the architecture.
LAN and Wi-Fi on Juniper across seven floors of the head office — centralised management, AI network monitoring, seamless roaming. In parallel, SD-WAN on Palo Alto: a fault-tolerant inter-branch network with built-in traffic protection.
IT infrastructure for the National Spatial Data Infrastructure — a joint project of the governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Korea. Network and server equipment (Extreme Networks, HPE), SAN, storage, tape library. HLD designed from scratch, full as-built documentation handed over to the client.
Turnkey IT infrastructure for the office: server room, network infrastructure, video conferencing, voice, access control. BUILD + SECURE + OPERATE — a single contractor from design through to operation.
The team includes engineers with CCIE Networks, CCIE Security, CCIE Collaboration, CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Service Provider, CCNP Wireless, Cisco DevNet, Juniper and HPE Aruba certifications. CCIE is Cisco's highest technical certification; fewer than 3% of Cisco-certified specialists hold it.

“Our network works, more or less — why change it”
A network running on equipment without vendor support is a risk that materialises suddenly. EoL devices receive no security updates, do not support new protocols, and when they fail they often cannot be replaced quickly. A Network Assessment will show which segments are already running on luck rather than on engineering guarantees.

Modern architecture allows network segments to be switched over during maintenance windows, without a full service stop. We design migrations with the old and new networks temporarily coexisting — users do not notice the switch. That is how we did it in banks and telecoms across the region.
